Cancel / return order

1. Cancelling an order (not yet processed)

Has your order not yet been put into production or shipped? Then you can cancel it free of charge. Send us your name and order number with a request for cancellation. You will receive a confirmation from us.

2. Right of withdrawal for consumers (14 days)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receipt without stating reasons. The period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) received the product.

Exclusion: custom-made and customer-specific products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been cut to size, personalised, pre-printed, or made according to your specifications. The majority of our runners fall under this category. For non-custom items (such as stanchions, ropes, tape, and full rolls), the right of withdrawal does apply.

3. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

1. Notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days (via the button below or the model form).
2. State your name and order number and confirm that you are withdrawing from the agreement.
3. You will receive a confirmation of receipt from us.
4. Return the product unused to the address below within 14 days of your notification.

5. Refund and return address

After receiving your withdrawal, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method, after we have received the product back or you have provided proof of return. The product must be unused; return costs are for the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
