Orders placed before 12:00 noon for which the products are in stock are shipped the same working day. Orders placed at the weekend and on public holidays are shipped the next working day. Orders are usually in transit for 1-3 working days. This depends on the various carriers. For rolls over 3 metres wide, we schedule a delivery in consultation.

Shipping costs depend on the width and weight of your order. The shipping costs are shown before checkout. Orders over 500 euros are shipped free of charge. We use various carriers.

Yes, you can provide an alternative delivery address, for example for an event venue or a business contact.

Yes, we also deliver to other countries within Europe. Shipping costs for Belgium are set and shown at checkout. For other countries, please contact us for the options and rates.

After shipping you receive a confirmation with tracking information, or we contact you personally to arrange the planning.

The carrier leaves a message with the next delivery attempt or collection options. For large shipments we always schedule an appointment in advance.

Yes, collection from our warehouse in Genemuiden is possible. Please make an appointment so your order is ready.
