Orders placed before 12 noon and with in-stock products will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. Orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days, depending on the various shipping services. For rolls over 3 meters wide, we will schedule delivery in consultation with you.

The carrier will leave a message with the next delivery attempt or collection options. For large shipments, we always schedule an appointment in advance.

Deliveries are made to the first door of a location as standard. We are happy to discuss specific requests or difficult-to-reach locations in advance.

You should receive your order within a few days, depending on the dimensions. If the Track & Trace code you received doesn't provide any clarity, please contact our customer service.
