An entrance with meaning We were asked to contribute to KochxBos 's unique art project, "Wealth Shown To Scale," which enhanced not only the design but also the overall experience. Two striking orange carpets gave the entrance a powerful look and made it clear even before visitors entered that something special awaited them. About KochxBos & the project KochxBos is a gallery and art platform dedicated to projects that bring together art, experience, and social issues. With "Wealth Shown To Scale," they impressively visualized what wealth inequality looks like when literally magnified. The project combined aesthetics with urgency and invited visitors to reflect on one of the most important issues of our time. The power of color and material The choice of orange was deliberate. This color radiates energy and connection and immediately captured visitors' attention. The runners served not only as a practical entrance but were an integral part of the experience. They marked the transition from the outside world to the world of the exhibition and guided visitors to the heart of the artwork. Result and impact Visitors entered the exhibition via orange carpets and were immediately drawn into the project's atmosphere. The contrast and powerful color made the entrance more than just a passageway. It became the first step in an experience that was both seen and felt. A glitter runner is a carpet runner whose top layer is completely covered in fine glitter, integrated into the fabric. Think polyester/polyamide with a sturdy backing (such as polypropylene or 100% polyester). Unlike a regular red carpet, a glitter runner exudes a distinct and luxurious feel, perfect for galas, fashion shows, weddings, or product launches.

Yes, the standard glitter runners and the Recycle version have a sturdy backing and are fire-resistant. They don't rub off in rain and are suitable for outdoor use and heavy traffic. Especially if you want to create a sparkling entrance, glitter runners are an excellent choice.

How do you neatly lay down a glitter runner without it shifting?

We recommend using double-sided adhesive tape or mounting pins (depending on the surface) to secure the runner securely. Cutting is done with a carpet knife, and the backing makes the runner sturdy and tear-resistant, preventing shifting and unevenness.

The standard and Recycle glitter runners are designed for repeated use. The glitter stays put and the backing remains firm, even with heavy use.
