• Items must be returned undamaged and unused in their original packaging.
  
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom-made and specially ordered runners (e.g., cut to exact length).
  
• Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless there is an error on our part.
  

How it works

3. Send the package back to the return address you receive after registration.
