Return Policy

• Returns can be made within 14 days after receipt .
  
• Items must be returned undamaged and unused in their original packaging.
  
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom-made and specially ordered runners (for example, cut to exact length).
  
• Return costs are at your own expense, unless there is an error on our part.
  

This is how it works

1. Register your return via our returns form or contact our customer service.
   
2. Please pack the runner or product securely , preferably in the original packaging, so that it arrives to us in good condition.
   
3. Please return the package to the return address you receive after registration.
   
4. After receipt we will send a confirmation and the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days .
