There are various ways to install runners/carpet tiles/artificial grass, depending on the type of surface.
Our double-sided expo tape is suitable for situations where a product needs to be secured to a flat (indoor) floor. It leaves no adhesive residue when removed and is easy to use. See our blog post for more information on how to best use double-sided expo tape.
Looking to cover up seams or find a faster/easier way to tape them? We recommend gaffer tape . It's available in various colors and ideal for masking off seams and edges. It also leaves no adhesive residue when removed and is available in red, blue, black, green, white, pink, orange, yellow, and gray!
Is it an outdoor surface like paving stones? Then use our mounting pins . Drive these through the runner like a nail, between the paving stones. This will secure the runner securely.

The easiest way to place your order is through our online store! Ordering a runner? Select your desired width and length, and also take a look at our recommended accessories.
Ordering a different item? Select the desired quantity. You can then add the products to your shopping cart to checkout.
Once payment is received, we will proceed with shipping. More information about delivery can be found below.

For most products, we offer free cancellation if the order hasn't yet been shipped. Due to our fast service, it's possible that an item has already been processed or shipped. Free cancellation is then no longer possible. For custom-made and/or personalized products, it's no longer possible to cancel them (free of charge) after they've been customized.
If you still wish to cancel your order, you will be charged a cancellation fee based on the work performed. Our non-custom/personalized products can only be returned if they are returned in their original, undamaged packaging. If payment has already been made, we will refund the amount, minus the shipping costs, upon receipt of the return.

We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. Order before 12:00 PM on a business day, and your order will usually be shipped the same day.
Delivery time depends on the size and quantity of the products. Orders 1 or 2 meters wide or smaller quantities are usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days. Larger orders, such as rolls of 3 or 4 meters wide or multiple bollards, are usually delivered within 1 to 5 business days.

Larger orders are scheduled and delivered by our own transport. You'll always be notified of the exact delivery date one day in advance, along with an estimated time. If this date doesn't work for you or is too late, no problem! We can work with you to find a solution.

A product without customization can be returned within 14 days after receiving written notice via info@gjfloors.nl. This excludes items specifically manufactured for the customer or shipped by express delivery. It is important that the goods are returned in their original and undamaged packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. The aforementioned cooling-off period does not apply if the agreement pertains to items manufactured according to the buyer's specifications, not prefabricated, and manufactured based on an individual choice or decision of the buyer, or clearly intended for a specific person. The following items cannot be returned: - Personalized items - Custom-made items - Products manufactured according to the customer's specifications.
