The 51st edition of Pinkpop took place during the weekend of June 17, 18, and 19, amidst a beautiful summer weekend of tropical temperatures. Event Design Parkstad commissioned us to supply them with a complete product package.
Pinkpop Festival
Pinkpop is the Netherlands' oldest and best-known pop festival. Its name comes from "Pop met Pentecost" (Pop with Pinksteren) rather than from the festival's familiar pink livery. Originally a one-day festival, it has grown over the years into a multi-day event, featuring performances by both big names and emerging artists.
Products delivered
Our pink artificial grass Flower matches the Pinkpop colour palette perfectly and was combined with matt black bollards and black velvet cords With a matte black closure. The contrast of these colors creates a summery look with a raw edge.
We also supplied light gray and anthracite Carpet tiles . These were laid in a graphic pattern and used for the Wilhelmina Sky Deck. The deck is a place where the Pinkpop experience is elevated to a whole new level, and visitors are treated to the finest detail, with a perfect view of the main stage. The carpet tiles were combined here with our white high-gloss bollards of pink velvet cords and provided a luxurious overall picture.
