Advance Events developed a concept where guests literally and figuratively journeyed through memories. The routing not only had to be practically sound but also contribute to the event's narrative. The floor thus became an essential part of the overall experience.

The goal was to create a clear walkway that added to the atmosphere without detracting from the content. The runner needed to lie securely, be suitable for intensive use, and have a professional appearance that matched the quality of the event.

For this project, our Tokyo standard runners were chosen. This collection combines ease of use with a high-quality appearance, making it perfect for events where both aesthetics and functionality are important.

The Tokyo runner features a protective film layer, which is ideal during setup and installation. Thanks to its pre-coat backing, the runner lies flat and stable, even with many visitors. Furthermore, the collection is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and is available in 23 colors, from classic red to modern shades like beige and anthracite.

In this event, the red Tokyo runner literally served as a common thread in the narrative. While red carpets are often used at VIP entrances, Advance Events demonstrated that they also work perfectly as a narrative element within a total concept.
